Arizona RV Parks

Tra-Tel RV Park, Tucson – This is one of our favorite RV parks when we’re visiting Arizona. Nothing fancy, but very friendly and convenient, with a pool, rec room, pull-thru sites, laundry, private showers, free WiFi, and modem access. This is one of those small mom and pop parks we love spending time in.

Prince of Tucson RV Park, Tucson – Convenient to Interstate 10, this family park features a swimming pool, lounge, shuffleboard courts, and dump station.

Pima County Fairgrounds, Tucson - We came for an RV rally and stayed for over a week! The fairgrounds has hundreds of full and partial hookup sites, a dump station, and great views of the surrounding mountains. This makes a good base for visiting Tucson, the Arizona- Sonora Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, Colossal Cave, Old Tucson, Tombstone, and lots of other southern Arizona attractions.

Cactus Country RV Park, Tucson - Located on the southeast side of Tucson, Cactus Country has 246 full hookup 30/50 amp RV sites, cable TV, big rig sites, rec hall, heated pool, and organized activities. The park is a Passport America affiliate.

SKP Saguaro Co-op, Benson  - This Escapee Club co-op park features everything from a large dry camping area to full hookup sites, a huge activity center with library, Internet access, exercise equipment and card room. Everybody is friendly, and after one visit you may just find yourself putting your name on the list for a permanent site.

Pato Blanco Lakes RV Park, Benson - With over 100 big rig friendly full hookup sites, including cable TV, heated pool, spa, club house, and easy access off Interstate 10, this age 55+ Passport America affiliate is friendly and well worth a stay when you are visiting Cochise County.

Phoenix Destiny RV Resort, Goodyear - If you like upscale RV resorts, you should like Destiny. The resort has 284 paved full hookup sites, picnic tables, heated pool and spa, laundry facilities, convenience store and gift shop, recreation room, fitness center, barbecue grills, and planned activities.

Golden Sands RV Resort, Apache Junction - They list over 300 RV sites, but most of them have park models sitting on them. Still, this friendly Passport America affiliate makes a great place to stay when visiting the East Valley. Amenities include paved roads, sites with concrete slabs, a pool, clean laundry room, very nice clubhouse, and friendly staff. 

Fool Hollow Lake Campground, Show Low – Located on beautiful Fool Hollow Lake on the edge of town, this very nice state campground has paved roads, full hookup RV sites, a dump station, picnic tables, and lots of towering Ponderosa pine trees. At 6,300 feet, this makes a cool escape from the desert heat in so much of the state.

Show Low Lake Campground, Show Low - This city owned campground features both tent sites and RV sites with 30 amp electric, central water, a dump station, and restrooms set in towering Ponderosa pines. The campground is close to a Super WalMart, hospital, and right across the road from Show Low Lake. 

Hon-Dah Campground, Hon-Dah  – Owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe, Hon-Dah RV Park has 250 full hookup sites, satellite TV, telephone hookups, a dump station, laundry, and is right across the road from Hon-Dah Casino. Located in the tall pines at 7,200 feet, this is a popular summer getaway.

Campground Buena Tierra, Casa Grande – This very friendly family campground offers free WiFi, a laundry room, free golf driving range, desert golf course, and a small store. Convenient to Interstates 10 and 8.

Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort, Casa Grande – This is a big, upscale RV resort that is very popular with folks who return year after year. Amenities include an eighteen hole golf course, pro shop, lapidary shop, sewing room, computer lab, library, pottery shop, stained glass shop, fitness center, laundry, tennis and pickle ball courts, swimming pool, and spa.

Western Horizon, Casa Grande - This Passport America affiliate is part of the Western Horizon campground chain, and features a pool. spa, rec hall, 360 RV full hookup sites, and an organized activity schedule. 

Quail Run RV Resort, Casa Grande – A luxury 55+ resort community, Quail Run offers a cantina, laundry, pool, spa, fitness room, and computer center.

Picacho Campground, Picacho – This small, friendly Passport America affiliated campground features 79 RV sites, a pool, hot tub, rec hall;, store, laundry, shuffleboard court, and clean showers and restrooms.

Picacho Peak Resort, Picacho – Located on Interstate 10, this friendly campground offers pull through sites, a pool, hot tub, library, exercise room, and craft center.

Camp Verde RV Resort, Camp Verde - With 144 30/50 amp RV sites, a huge pool, hot tub, rec room activity center, and a pretty spot on the Verde River, the Western Horizons park makes a good base for exploring the historic Verde Valley. Easy access from Interstate 17.
